1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, including purchasing any packages or booking any services through our online booking system (Wix Bookings), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The services are provided by the partnership trading as Core to Floor Rejuvenation (referred to as "the Business," "we," or "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Online Booking and Payment

2.1 Upfront Payment (Deposit for Single Services)

All online bookings for single services require an upfront payment (deposit) of $99.00 to secure the appointment time. This deposit is non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Cancellation Policy (Section 4.1). The remaining balance for the service is due immediately upon the completion of the first appointment.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other methods enabled by our Wix Payments integration. All payments are processed securely.

3. Service Packages (Pricing Plans)

3.1 Package Purchase

When you purchase a service package, you are paying a discounted rate for a set number of future appointments. Packages require an initial non-refundable deposit of $200.00 to secure the package and discounted rate. The remaining balance of the package price is due immediately upon the completion of the first appointment.

3.2 Session Redemption

The purchase of a package grants you a set number of non-monetary credits that can be redeemed for the specific service(s) linked to that package in our online booking system.

3.3 Expiration and Usage

All service packages are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless agreed upon otherwise by the Business in writing or in exceptional circumstances. Any sessions remaining unused after the 12-month expiration date will be forfeited without refund.

3.4 Package Refunds

Refunds for unused sessions within a package may be granted under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Business. Any refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using the full, non-discounted price of any sessions already redeemed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation of Single Appointments

Our policy regarding the $99 upfront payment for single services is as follows:

48 Hours or More Notice: The $99 upfront payment will be refunded, minus a $5.00 administrative processing fee.
Less than 48 Hours Notice: The $99 upfront payment will be retained in full as a late cancellation fee.
No-Show: The $99 upfront payment will be retained in full.

4.2 Cancellation of Package Sessions

If a booking made using a package session is cancelled with:

48 Hours or More Notice: The session credit will be returned to your package balance.
Less than 48 Hours Notice or No-Show: The session credit will be forfeited and removed from your package balance.

5. Website Use and Intellectual Property

5.1 Content Ownership

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Core to Floor Rejuvenation and is protected by Australian copyright laws.

5.2 Permitted Use

You may use this site for the purpose of learning about, booking, and purchasing our services. Any other use, including reproduction or modification of content, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Business.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of this website or our services, even if the Business has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
