A prostatectomy is the surgical removal of the prostrate gland.

It is a common treatment for prostrate cancer, however,  can frequently lead to two major complications being

urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction.

This occurs because the procedure can damage the nerves and weaken the pelvic floor muscles that control both

bladder function and penile rigidity.

  • Urinary Continence: Most men experience some degree of incontinence immediately after surgery, which

typically improves significantly over the first year. Long-term continence rates vary, with studies reporting high

percentages of men being pad-free or having minimal leakage.

  • Erectile Dysfunction (ED): ED is common, even with nerve-sparing techniques. Recovery is gradual and may

take up to two years or more, with many men requiring medical aids to achieve an erection sufficient

       for intercourse.

It is a non-invasive, drug fee solution that provides an

accelerated and more effective form of pelvic floor muscle

training to help men regain control and quality of life

giving them confidence and security.
